Avocado Bowl

Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • ½ tsp organic grade B maple syrup

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • ¼ tsp fresh ginger grated

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup of low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Direction

1. Add the pumpkin, vegetable stock, coconut milk, maple syrup and spices into a medium size sauce pan and cook for 20 minutes over low.

2. Remove from heat. Blend until smooth in a large blender.

3. Then serve and enjoy the meal.
